About the Family: Dad runs a construction and real estate development firm out of North Carolina so is frequently traveling between the Dallas office and the NC Office. Mom is the Executive Director of the family's foundation and beyond that is very plugged into the Dallas Philanthropy scene frequently meeting with people at the Dallas office. The family currently employs a housekeeper. We are looking for a nanny who can cook weeknight meals for the family.
About the Children:
The family has 3 children, aged 8, 5 and 2.
The oldest is a boy, entering second grade. Loves legos and learning. A great big brother to his younger siblings.
The middle child is a little boy with high energy. He is entering Kindergarten.
The youngest child is a sweet girl who is entering day school this year.
Their Ideal Nanny:
- Someone with a college education would be preferred as they would need to help the children with the homework and may need to help with homeschool if the boys do not go back to school in the fall.
- Find fun and creative ways to entertain 3 children of different ages.
-Nanny that cooks for whole family- they have approved recipes but would like someone to come up with some too. They like healthy and balanced meals
Additional Job Details:
They have a family minivan that past nannies used to take the children on various outings. They like the nanny to be aware of and research different activities going on in Dallas for a weekly outing with the children.

Covid-19 Precautions:
- The family is following the Dallas mandate of practicing social distancing, wearing masks, and limiting outings. They are limiting air travel and are driving most places, mainly only traveling to a lakehouse outside of Dallas.
- Would expect the nanny to also follow all Dallas mandates regarding COVID-19.
- Check temperature daily and keep the family informed as symptoms arrive.

Schedule:
Mon to Fri 7:30AM to 5:30PM
Occasional evenings and vacations and other hours would adjust on those days to keep the number of hours consistent.
Examples of additional hours are as follows:
-Saturday evening from 5-10 on occasion
-If Dad is traveling (every other month for 2 days or so) staying until 7 to help Mom with bedtime routine.
Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour
