Message from Family: We only have one child. We have a small dog who is fairly friendly, but a bit loud. My husband and I both work from home most days, although some days one or both of us may not be here. We're really looking for someone that can stimulate our sons growing mind. We'd really love someone with knowledge of early childhood education. Someone that can offer activities or learning games. We can see he's really outgrown the “baby” play and is ready for a challenge.

About the Child: Our son is 2 years old and is very sweet and pretty easygoing. He loves to play outside. He's an easy eater. He gets upset when mom leaves, but other than that, he's pretty good. He is not yet potty trained.

Their Ideal Nanny: We're looking for more than a babysitter, we'd really like someone that can challenge his growing mind and has some knowledge about early childhood education. A few characteristics we see in our future Nanny is someone who is kind, attentive, respectful, fun, experienced, interactive, patient, creative, and engaging!

Additional Job Details: We usually are here to make lunch for our little guy. So most days you'll have 30-60 minutes paid lunch to rest or go get something to eat (as you wish). We will be gone for the holidays in December, so you'll have a week paid right after beginning the position!

My husband and I work from home most days, so we're usually available if you need anything.

Expected Job Duration: 6 months (with the intention to extend)

Duties:

Cooking for the child

Schedule:

Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm

Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour
