Job #96281: Sweet Little Girls In Dallas Need A Nurturing And Experienced Nanny (W Northwest Hwy & Hillcrest Rd)

Agency Point of Contact for Job #96281: Kate (480) 586-3012

Message from Family: Mom and Dad work full-time. Mom is a director at a large firm, and Dad is the CFO of a real estate company. Dad is away most of the time, and Mom works from home 50% of the time but is now going to the office 50% of the time. Her office is an hour away. At home, Mom has an office with a door that is shut most of the day. Sometimes the girls come in to tell Mom about their day or drop off a picture. Right now, Mom takes the girls to the doctor and relieves the nanny at the end of the day. We have someone who comes to clean the house once a week. We have a 7-year-old German Shepherd who is sweet once you get to know her but will take some time warming up to a new person.

About the Children: Our oldest daughter is 5 years old. She is sweet, smart, considerate, and patient.

Our youngest daughter is 4 years old. She is outgoing, brave, funny, smart, sweet, and kind.

Their Ideal Nanny: The ideal nanny is an experienced childcare provider who ideally has a background in teaching or a strong passion for educating and engaging with children. Previous nanny experience is a requirement. This individual should genuinely enjoy teaching, playing, cooking, and keeping a tidy, organized environment. They will nurture a loving and stable relationship with the children, prioritize their safety, and interact with them in a distraction-free manner. The perfect candidate follows family instructions closely, fosters healthy habits, demonstrates consistent kindness, and teaches the girls through presence and attentiveness that they are valued. Reliability and a proactive approach to assisting in a bustling household are essential. A safe driver with a clean driving record is also a must.

Additional Job Details: The nanny's day begins at 6:45 a.m. by arriving at the family home to prepare the oldest daughter's lunch and backpack. Both girls typically wake up around 7 a.m., and the nanny assists the oldest daughter in getting ready for school, ensuring she is dressed nicely and her hair is done. After preparing and serving breakfast to both girls, the nanny drops the oldest daughter off at school between 8:00 and 8:15 a.m. Following this, the nanny spends about two hours engaging the youngest daughter in play-based activities, preferably outdoors, such as trips to the park, playdates, or arts and crafts, before heading home for a snack. By 10:30 a.m., the nanny preps the youngest daughter's lunch and backpack, gives her a bath, gets her dressed nicely with her hair done, and drops her off at school around noon.

From 12:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., while both girls are in school, the nanny focuses on assistant-based tasks. These include cleaning and organizing the girls' room by making beds, picking up shoes and clothes, and tidying up the playroom. The nanny also does laundry for the girls and their parents, washes and replaces sheets, and organizes toys. Additional responsibilities include grocery shopping, preparing dinner for the whole family, and handling errands such as picking up gifts or running to CVS.
