Job # 81624: Three Amazing Kids in Denver Need After-School Nanny (Central Park Blvd & E 61st Ave)

Message from Mom: My husband and I both work full-time. I work from home most days and go into the office once or twice a week. Our family enjoys traveling and eating out, though on weekdays it's pretty quiet and routine. We have no pets due to our daughter's allergies.

About the Children: Our oldest daughter is a sweet and kind 12-year-old, currently a 6th grader in middle school. She is small for her age and has been diagnosed with developmental delays and autism. She is fairly independent and enjoys reading, coloring, and playing with her toys.

Our middle child is a precocious 9-year-old boy who adores reading. He enjoys playing with his friends and he loves screen time (which we limit to 20 min/per day).

Our youngest daughter is a sweet, gentle, and hilariously sassy 6-year-old. She enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and cooking.

Their Ideal Nanny: Our ideal nanny would actively engage with the kids and only minimally use her phone during working hours. Someone who is responsible, patient, trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented. On warmer days, we'd love for the nanny who is eager to take the kids to the park and playground. A clean driving record is a requirement for this position. 

Additional Job Details: A typical day for our nanny will consist of picking up the kids from school, driving them to after-school activities, making them dinner, feeding them dinner, helping with homework, and taking them to the playground, park, museum, etc. on days they have no school.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: At least one year

Is the nanny required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine?  Yes 

Duties:

Light housekeeping

Cooking for children

School pick-up

Driving children to after-school activities

Helping with homework

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Compensation: $30 per hour/ DOE
