Mom, originally from New Mexico, is a stay-at-home parent, while Dad, who's from Oklahoma, commutes into downtown Dallas for work. We're currently looking for a caring and reliable nanny to support us during the week and on weekends. Ideally, we hope to find someone who is looking for a long-term role and can become a trusted, cherished part of our family as we grow together.

About the Child: Our baby girl is just over 7 months old and is an absolute joy. She's energetic, curious, and loves to play, laugh, and interact with the world around her. Her bright personality brings so much happiness to our home, and we're looking for someone who will nurture her growth and development with the same love and enthusiasm we do.

Their Ideal Nanny: We're looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny who genuinely loves working with infants and supporting families. Ideally, you'll have around 5+ years of professional childcare experience and feel confident helping first-time parents navigate things like sleep routines, feeding, wake windows, and soothing techniques.

We'd love to find someone who is CPR certified, comfortable around pets (we have two friendly dogs and one cat), and ideally has a college degree or some higher education…but that's not a dealbreaker. Most importantly, we're hoping to find someone local who's looking for a long-term connection and can become a trusted part of our lives as our little one grows.

Additional Job Details: We're looking for a nanny who is available part-time, primarily in the afternoons and evenings. The main focus will be caring for our infant daughter (feeding, changing, soothing, and putting her down for naps or bedtime). Other helpful responsibilities include folding and organizing her laundry, preparing bottles and formula, and assisting with light household tidying to keep things running smoothly. We're hoping to find someone who enjoys creating a calm, nurturing environment and is happy to lend a hand wherever needed.

Schedule: We're very flexible with our schedule and are looking for someone available between 20-25 hours per week, with occasional availability for Friday and/or Saturday date nights.
