Message from Family: We are a growing family of 3 who recently relocated to Dallas from California. We still own our house in California and plan to spend a few months there each year so it is important for us to find someone who is willing to travel with us. Both parents work from home, and we have two cats. We are a holistically-minded family, placing a high value on health and nutrition.

About the Child: Our daughter is a 2.5 year old who loves playing dress up, acting, singing, dancing and doing arts & crafts. She's very advanced in speaking - loves to learn and read and be involved in day to day things, like cooking and cleaning. She's funny, loving and has a big personality!

Their Ideal Nanny: We are looking for someone with experience and/or training in child education methods such as Montessori, Waldorf, RIE, or gentle parenting. We hope to find someone who loves spending time with our daughter and is genuinely invested in her well-being and growth, treating her like their own family.

We seek a caregiver who leads with consciousness, patience, attuned communication, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, we need someone who is very active and open to traveling.

Travel: Our family travels frequently. On some trips, the nanny will travel with us, while on others, the nanny will house-sit and care for our cats. While a passport is ideal, it is not required at this time. When traveling with our nanny we will provide housing accommodations. There may be times when our nanny will not join us on the trip. During these periods, the nanny will be required to house-sit, care for our cats, and/or assist with personal assistant duties in Dallas while we are away.

We are flexible with times and schedule based on the nanny's preference.

Schedule Options:

1. Monday- Thursday, 8 hours/day. (Guaranteed 32 hours/ week)

2. Monday- Friday, 8 hours/day. (Guaranteed 40 hours/ week)
