Message from Mom: My husband and I both work full time. I work from home when I am not meeting clients, so I am in and out during the day. We have two adorable boys. We have an 8 lb, 12-year-old miniature pinscher who is very friendly and spends most of the day sleeping in a chair in our bedroom. We have a wonderful housekeeper who cleans our home every Monday from 8:30-2:30.

About the Child: 
Our oldest is two years old. He is full of energy and as sweet as can be. He is a little explorer, loves to be outside, go for walks, and is ALL boy and very active. He is at a day school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. He is on a great schedule and has been since birth. He naps from 1-3 every day.

Our youngest boy is 6 months and the sweetest and easiest baby boy you will ever meet. He is always happy, only cries if he is very hungry, and is just an angel baby. He is on a set schedule and is currently doing 2-hour wake windows and 3 naps daily. He is formula-fed, bottles made easy with our Baby Brezza, and we will start adding in some solids this month.

Their Ideal Nanny: An experienced nanny watching two children under two who is very confident and comfortable in doing so. Our ideal nanny is creative, active, engaging, loving, makes safety a priority, is even-tempered, and wants to be with a loving family for many years to come. Open communication is important for us to work as a team. We want someone who is not afraid to get down on the floor and play with the boys and can keep our very active two-year-old playing and developing.

Additional Job Details: There are no other requirements besides keeping children's rooms tidy and organized, cleaning up after their meals, and washing their dishes and bottles. We are very organized, so we would love someone who can maintain everything in place. Mom will do all the children's laundry but appreciates help hanging up and folding clothes when applicable.

Duties:

Schedule: 
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
*Open to occasional date nights or extra hours when mom has to travel

Compensation: $23 to $27 per hour DOE
