Job # 84196: Weekend Nanny Needed in Tampa Bay (South Dale Mabry Highway & W Gandy Blvd)

Message from Mom:  We are a fairly private family and have come from overseas (although being in the United States for several years now). We have made a last-minute move to Tampa, adjusting to our new home and newborn baby in the mix. Mom stays at home with the kids while Dad is busy with his high-demanding job which includes travel

Our son is in school Monday-Friday and our daughter attends just Thursdays and Fridays. They have Fall Break from December 18 - January 6, so extra hours are available during this period if wanted. Experience with high-energy attention disorders will be preferred, along with experience caring for multiple children at once. We hope our future nannies are doing their best to be responsible in terms of COVID-19.

About the Children: 5 years old - Boy - Loves all things bugs, outside and dirt - Loves riding his bikes and scooters - Enjoys the pool and sports - Enjoys crafts and coloring in - Has Impulsive ADHD with Anxiety - Big emotions! - Very bright and caring - Needs someone who can be a friend but also stern.

2 years old - Girl - Loves to do as her big brother does - Loves arts and crafts and playdoh -Enjoys being in the pool - Sweet, easy-going little one.

Newborn - Girl - a week old and is exclusively nursing for the time being.

Their Ideal Nanny: Patient, energetic, creative, understanding, multi-tasker, intuitive, comfortable looking after multiples.

Additional Job Details:
Time and a half for major holidays worked.
Extra PTO will be offered and discussed being that this is a weekend position
Non-disclosure agreement required.
Drug screening required

COVID-19 Precautions:
- We are doing our best to minimize the time spent at shops, stores, restaurants, and gatherings. We also use grocery delivery or contactless curb side pick up whenever possible. Face coverings used as much as possible.
- We also wipe down any packages delivered, groceries and take-out containers, and wash our hands as much as possible.
- Please note my husband will be traveling for work but will be following strict COVID-19 guidelines as well as being tested every day. He will be doing his best whilst travelling as keeping the kid’s and newborn baby’s safe is our top priority.
- We would expect our future nanny to be practicing similar precautions and following as many safety rules as possible.
- We would also hope for the nanny to come to our house first in clean clothes before doing anything else (eg. arranging to have any appointments to be done after the shift or on off-days so clothes are not transferring germs).
- We would ask for our nanny to arrive at her shift 5 minutes early to put away belongings and to wash hands upon arrival. Shoes will also be left at the door.
- As a family, we are staying up to date with the release of new COVID-19 information and findings. We will ease up on our restrictions if new information proves it to be safe.
