We’re excited to share that A Perfect Fit is expanding to Northern Nevada, a place that holds a very special meaning for our team!

Our Placement Director, Kate, grew up in the area, and bringing our work back to a place that feels like home makes this chapter especially meaningful. Northern Nevada has always had a strong sense of community, and watching it grow over the years has been incredible.

As Northern Nevada continues to evolve, so do the needs of the families who live here. From growing households to busy parents balancing work and home life, many families are looking for thoughtful, dependable support they can truly trust.

We’re grateful to now be part of that community and to serve families throughout Reno, Sparks, Spanish Springs, South Reno, Montreux, ArrowCreek, and surrounding areas.

Our work has always been centered around people, building genuine connections, supporting families through different stages of life, and helping caregivers find meaningful long-term roles. Whether that support looks like childcare, household help, or simply an extra set of trusted hands, our approach has always stayed the same: personal, thoughtful, and relationship-driven.
