Job #88287: Active and Engaging Nanny Needed for busy family in Scottsdale, AZ (N Pima Rd & Legacy Blvd)

Agency Point of Contact for Job #88287: Kate (480) 586-3012

Message from Family: My wife and I are both physicians who work busy schedules. Both our boys are in school, so we are looking for someone who can take/pick up the boys to and from school. They are also involved in sports, so we may need our nanny to take them to practice. Our youngest may need some prompting to do his homework, but our oldest is self-sufficient with his schooling. Cooking/meal prep and doing laundry while the kids are at school is required. We have a dog who is very good with people. We have a cleaning lady that comes to our house once a week. We try to limit electronics to Fridays after school and the weekends. We would prefer they do something active or activities not related to TV, video games, etc.

About the Children:

Our oldest is almost 13 years old. He is active in sports, including baseball.

Our youngest is 9 years old. He is also involved in sports and enjoys playing with friends.

Their Ideal Nanny: Our ideal nanny would be someone who could take our kids to school, do some laundry and prepare meals, run errands if needed, and then pick the boys up from school. We may need our nanny to take our kids to a sports practice here and there. The boys are relatively self-sufficient, but need some reminding and guidance. They are active, so a nanny who enjoys boys would be desired.

Additional Job Details: We would prefer that the nanny have their own vehicle that they can transport our children in. We will reimburse for mileage. As noted above, we try to limit electronics and would appreciate if our nanny would adhere to this. We would prefer the nanny direct our children to us for more controversial topics of discussion such as politics, religion, etc.
