Job # 52910: Attentive Part-Time Nanny Needed In Phoenix (E Camelback Rd & N 32nd St)

Message from Mom: Our family is fairly new to The Valley. My husband works in sports and has extremely demanding hours during the football season. I am currently a stay at home mom. I will be in and out of the house during our nanny's shifts with various engagements. We love our dog, a 7 year old mixed breed (lab/boxer) who is so sweet but also barks at every delivery person in an effort to “protect” her pack. We have house cleaners who come once a week and landscape maintenance twice a month.

About the Child: Our almost 3 year old daughter, is a kind-hearted, curious, and happy kid. She loves animals (especially our family rescue pup), arts and crafts, swimming, music, and baking. She takes things at her own pace and needs some warm up time, especially with new people. Once she's comfortable, she's chatty as can be and loves to show her silly side. She is enjoying her new Montessori school and making new friends.

Their Ideal Nanny: Ideally we are looking for a seasoned nanny with experience in caring for toddlers. Someone who is loving and caring but also incredibly intuitive and engaging, ensuring our child's well-being and development. With a passion for children, they'll make every moment enjoyable. We would love a nanny who is comfortable around water and is up for some swimming adventures. Creativity and interactivity both in playtime and in the kitchen. A nanny who can meal prep with occasional cooking is important to us. A nanny who is outgoing and understands the importance of flexibility, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage and ask questions.

Additional Job Details: Driving is required. Nanny must have their own reliable vehicle that they are comfortable transporting children in.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: Longterm

Duties:

Light housekeeping

Miscellaneous errands

Childs laundry

Cooking for children

Cooking for family (Meal prep and cooking simple meals)

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 3pm - 8:30pm

*20 guaranteed hours

*Earlier start date is required when/if mom needs help with school pickup

^{Compensation: $28/hr to $32/hr}
