Job # 57363: Blended Family From Phoenix Needs A Part-Time Nanny/Household Manager (E Deer Valley Dr & Black Mountain Blvd)

Message from Mom: We have 9 kids part-time (blended family). The oldest child is 16 and drives his 6 siblings to school. They are with us part-time. The other 2 live in the home full-time and attend school in Scottsdale. Mornings can be chaotic when we have all the kids! We need help with breakfast, packing lunches, cleaning up, grocery shopping and meal prepping/errands. Occasionally, the nanny/ household manager would need to drive the 2 kids to school as well. There is very little time spent taking care of kids in this role, it is more about helping the household run seamlessly. Daily driving is required for this position.

About the Children:
We have 9 children; 7 children come and go. 2 children live in the home full time.
Their ages range from 5-16!

Their Ideal Nanny: Someone who is motivated and flexible, active, positive, and determined. They are a go-getter and going to take initiative to get things done and help keep the home moving. Someone who isn't afraid to jump in and help even when there are 11 people running around. Must be comfortable with multiples, as well as cooking. Must be comfortable with daily driving.

Additional Job Details: Daily driving is required. The family is looking for help in the morning with breakfast and lunch prep. The nanny will be expected to help with transporting children to school in the morning. Additionally, they will help keep the fridge stocked, laundry completed, and dishes cleaned. Nanny will have plenty of uninterrupted time to complete tasks.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: 2 years or longer

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
6:00am to 10:00am with some flexibility (6:00am to 12:00 noon)

Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour DOE
