Message from Family #1: We are first-time parents seeking a dependable and nurturing nanny to care for our baby boy as we transition back to work. While we primarily work in the office, we occasionally work from home. After a few weeks, this role will become a nanny share with our friends, who have a baby girl about six weeks younger than our son. Additionally, we have a sweet and low-maintenance mini Goldendoodle.

Message from Family #2: We are first-time parents looking forward to working with a nanny as we go back to work. We welcomed our first baby girl at the end of October. The nanny share will primarily take place at our friends' house. Rarely will the nanny need to be at our home unless Family #1 is sick or does not need care for the day. At our home, we have a sweet and friendly golden doodle.

About Child #1: Our sweet baby boy, born in mid-September, loves to snuggle, explore fun shapes and colors, and spend time outdoors. He will be about four and a half months old once the Nanny starts.

About Child #2: Our sweet baby girl was born at the end of October, making her about six weeks younger than our friends' little boy.

Their Ideal Nanny: We are seeking a nurturing, intuitive, patient, and cheerful nanny to care for our children at one home in central Phoenix. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about working with two young babies, flexible in managing and following two distinct schedules and committed to open communication. The ideal nanny will diligently log daily activities and milestones and have a strong passion for supporting the babies' growth and development. Experience caring for multiples is a plus!

Additional Job Details: The babies are about six weeks apart, and are both incredibly sweet. For the first couple of months, the role will involve caring solely for the infant of Family #1. After a few weeks, Family #2 will begin dropping their daughter off at Family #1's house.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Feeding the babies.

Putting them down for naps.

Engaging them in playtime, tummy time, and outdoor walks.

Cleaning up after the babies.

Very minimal pet care, such as letting the dog outside or refilling her water bowl.

Start Date: 01/27/2025, a few weeks later baby #2 will join

Expected Job Duration: 2+ years
