Message from Family: Both parents are busy physicians who spend a lot of time at the hospital. We have irregular schedules and hours. We have three beautiful daughters who are all close in age and love to play together. All three girls attend school from 8:30 am-3 pm. We also have two older German Shepards, who are very sweet so you must be comfortable with pets.

About the Children: Our oldest daughter is 5.5 years old. She is a loving big sister who is kind, independent, full of personality, and likes to be the boss. She loves dressing up, playing outside, being with her friends, and reading!

Our middle daughter is 4 years old. She is energetic, silly, and a busybody who is always moving. She loves puzzles, arts & crafts, and playing outside!

Our youngest daughter is 2 years old. She is happy, independent, and loves to do anything with her sisters!

Their Ideal Nanny Team: Experienced, dependable, adaptable, energetic, fun, able to manage three busy girls safely, easy to communicate with, active, and flexible. We would love to find nannies that could travel with our family when we go on family vacations a few times a year. (Domestic travel only)

Additional Job Details: We are looking for two nannies to help our family. The weekday nanny will come in at 6:30 am and help get the girls ready for school and lunches packed. We have a spare car so occasionally the nanny will have to drop them off at school (3 min drive). Once all kids are in school the nanny will need to help manage the house (cleaning, grocery shopping, meal prep, maybe running a few errands, children's laundry, etc).

The weekend nanny will come in at 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday to help support our busy family on the weekends.
