Their Ideal Maintenance Staff: Our ideal candidate will have a maintenance background and knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting with a good sense of when it can be done in-house vs. needing to call a contractor. Basic knowledge or familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscape, irrigation, painting, drywall, and overall home maintenance. Someone who can work independently and as a team player, can adjust quickly to priority changes to meet set maintenance and building upkeep expectations. We’re looking for a maintenance technician who will exceed expectations, ensuring the properties are in good condition and maintained properly. The ideal candidate should be safety conscious, a team player, have effective communication skills, non-smoker, and have a clean background. Licensing not required.

Additional Job Details: There are about six private properties the candidate will be working on with a team, all within a few miles of each other in Paradise Valley. The candidate is required to have a reliable vehicle. Driving is required. Mileage is reimbursed above the federal requirement. An NDA will need to be signed.

Duties: 

• Conduct routine inspections of properties and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on properties.
• Inspect and repair various energy systems, such as heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, etc.
• Assist or coordinate repairs such as floors, doors, etc.
• Repaint walls, patch drywall, fix broken fixtures and handle irrigation when only minor fixes are necessary.
• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks such as replacing, changing light bulbs, and fixing faucets.
• Scheduling vendors for safety systems such as fire alarms, security systems.
• Schedule and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Collaborate with other professionals during renovations.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Compensation: $30 to $40 an hour (DOE)
