Phoenix Nanny Job

Job # 42677
Hot Wheels, Parks, & Two Sweet Boys Need a Full-Time Nanny in North Phoenix (N North Vly Pkwy and Sonoran Desert Dr)

This job has been closed.

Nanny

Message from Family: We are an active family of four. Mom works from home for a hospitality marketing company and typically works in a separate room with the door closed. While she is available if truly needed, she is often in Zoom meetings throughout the day and prefers minimal interruptions to stay focused on work. Dad recently graduated from law school and will be starting his career as an attorney next month, which is an exciting new chapter for our family!

We also have two older dogs who are very friendly and low-maintenance. No pet care is expected beyond being comfortable having them around the home.

About the Children: Our oldest will be 3 in June and loves being outside, going to the library or the train park, and playing all the sports. He especially loves Hot Wheels and garbage trucks. He also enjoys watching Paw Patrol while relaxing.

Our youngest just turned 1 a few months ago and loves being with his brother and doing whatever his brother is doing. He has typical little-brother energy and likes to rearrange the train tracks or the Hot Wheels lineup. He also loves being outside and is currently practicing his walking, especially if it leads to splashing in the dog's water bowl.

Both boys also enjoy arts and crafts!

Their Ideal Nanny: The family is hoping to find a creative long-term nanny who enjoys being hands-on with young children and supporting their growth through play, outdoor time, and daily routines. They are looking for someone mature, dependable, organized, and loving. Spanish speaking is a plus, as they would love someone willing to incorporate the language into daily activities, but not a deal-breaker.

Additional Information: Our youngest usually takes a nap around 11:30 AM, and our oldest typically naps around 12:30 PM. When the schedule lines up, both children are often asleep at the same time for about an hour, which would be a good opportunity for our nanny to take a break. We would love for our nanny to occasionally take the boys for a walk to the park in our neighborhood. We are also open to the nanny taking the children to the train park or the library, provided the nanny's vehicle is safe and car seats are properly installed.
