Message from Family: Hello! We're a laid-back, fun-loving family looking for someone to join us on our adventure. Dad has a demanding job with lots of travel, while Mom stays home with the kids. This position doesn't follow a typical Monday-to-Friday schedule—we often need help on weekends and at different times during the week. But don't worry, Mom is super organized and always gives plenty of notice. We also have a friendly, well-behaved 7-year-old husky who weighs 50 pounds.

About the Children: Our oldest is a very intelligent 4 year old who has a heart of gold. He is well mannered, listens well, sweet and thoughtful. He loves to be creative and active. He loves all sports (especially basketball) and animals.

Our youngest is a very active almost 18 month old. She is very expressive and bright. She can be very feisty at times and will always keep you entertained. She loves magnatiles and her puppy!

Their Ideal Nanny: We're looking for an exceptional nanny who has significant nanny experience and is also a true team player. Someone who brings joy and laughter into our home, can take the initiative, and genuinely cares for our children as if they were their own. We want a nanny who is serious about their career and is someone our entire family—kids, my husband, and I—can feel completely at ease with. This position is perfect for a nanny who is confident driving the kids and comfortable around pets. We're seeking someone who is flexible, eager to grow with our family long-term, and at ease with Mom being at home.

Travel: A passport is needed, but there's no rush to have it immediately. The role may involve up to five trips a year, mostly domestic, and typically lasting just a few days each time.

Start Date: 09/30/2024

Expected Job Duration: Longterm

Duties:

Light housekeeping

Miscellaneous errands

Children's laundry

Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours a week, days would vary including weekends but the hours would be 8am to 4pm with occasional 2-10pm shift.

* We prefer a schedule with two days off a week but these will not be consecutive.

* Some overnight and travel care will be expected.

Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour DOE
