Job # 11980: Nanny/Household Manager Neeed In Scottsdale (N Thompson Peak Pkwy & Legacy Blvd)

Message from Mom: I currently live with my 2 kids, and a sweet older dog. I will mainly be working from home but sometimes out of the home. It's very important to me that we stay communicative to maintain a positive environment for every being that functions in our home. I am looking for help with the children as well as around the house. The duties will be split basically 50/50, although the priority will always be the children. We have a housekeeper for all deep cleaning. There is daily driving for this role.

About the Children:
My oldest is a female - 8 years old - kind, perceptive, social, inquisitive, and smart. She is disabled from brain cancer and a stroke (right-sided weakness) and uses a walker, so she will need some physical assistance from time to time. She loves to craft and learn about science. She is a resilient and fun child.

My second child is a female- 4 years old- playful, energetic, loving, super social, and funny. She loves to be active, and she's a hands-on learner that needs to be mentally stimulated. She has a severe tree nut allergy. An allergy pen will need to be carried at all times with her.

Their Ideal Nanny: We would love an experienced, organized, punctual, kind, understanding nanny who thrives off of enriching and nurturing the needs of a family. We would be honored to have someone who is protective of the children and who truly takes pride in their work. Flexibility is a characteristic that we definitely need. Someone who is incredibly hard-working yet can laugh and contribute to creating a positive and happy environment would be a great addition to our unit! This person should be comfortable driving the kids to/from school, doctor's appointments, and fun outings. They should feel comfortable assisting with homework, playing with the children, preparing their meals, and doing crafts! The kids are in school for some of the nanny's shift, so this downtime would be spent tidying up the home, helping with laundry, making beds, organizing, managing vendors, and running various errands. Flexibility is key and we are looking for a team player who is willing to pitch in wherever is needed.

Additional Job Details: I would prefer that the nanny has a medium to large vehicle for the children. Car seats will be provided. This person must be comfortable around dogs. There is daily driving for this role.
