Message from Dad: Mom and I co-parent the children, she lives in Miami, FL. I am in and out in the day depending on my scheduled workouts. I need help with the boys and working with my oldest with school. His school is flexible to start time which makes it nice to do in the afternoon while the youngest is napping. We have a housekeeper that comes each Wednesday. My mom (Mimi) will be able to show you the kids routine when you start

About the Children:
My oldest is 6 1/2 and in 1st grade enrolled in online learning. He is very active and loves art and music! He is a very loving and huggy kind of kid and loves everyone. He is very territorial and his toys are very important to him. Praise and rewards are important to him! He hates being told he is having a "red choice" kind of day. He does well with imagination play! He can swim and loves being in the hot tub and pool.

My youngest is almost 3 and once he is a snuggle bug once he gets to know you. He doesn't like it when I leave him so he has to be distracted. (I have a hard time leaving him crying as well). He is working on learning his shapes/colors/numbers/ABC's. He is very much into sports and loves playing ball.

Their Ideal Nanny:
-Nanny must be there for the children and able to keep up a routine that works for them
-Nanny must not be STAR STRUCK and understand that this is my family.  I need someone who is not a fan and is here for my kids.
-Nanny must be flexible as my training is very important and sometimes I have to stay later than planned.
-Nanny must understand this is a temporary position
-Some travel may be required 

COVID-19 Precautions:
-Please be taking precautions to follow safety guidelines set out by the CDC
-Limit contact with people outside of the house
-We are following the same precautions that we would like our nanny to follow

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: 3-6 months

Duties:
Light housekeeping
Childs laundry
Cooking for children

Schedule:
Mon-Sat 7am - 6pm (flexible) sometimes weekend care is needed.

Compensation: $22-$25/hour DOE
