My husband's career as a professional baseball player often takes him away during the season, and we are seeking not just one, but two enthusiastic and dedicated full-time nannies to join our family. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the incredible opportunity to be a vital support system for our two wonderful kids and the newest addition to our family. Embracing the adventure, you'll also get to travel and stay with us during the exciting summer baseball season, creating unforgettable memories and experiences. About the Children: Our oldest, at 3.5 years old, is a bundle of energy and joy. She thrives on playtime with others, and her kind heart makes her a delight to be around. With a love for imaginative play, she keeps us on our toes with her creative adventures. Currently attending school three times a week for half-days, she enjoys the social interactions and learning experiences. I may require assistance with pick-up and drop-off, making your role even more crucial in our daily routine.

Our second, a charming 1.5-year-old, is a sweetheart who brings a sense of calm to our home. Her excellent sleep routine, with just one nap a day, allows for peaceful moments. She has a fondness for books and has a natural curiosity that leads her to explore the world around her.

And introducing our third little girl, scheduled to make her debut on March 18, 2024, through a planned C-section. We are eagerly anticipating her arrival and looking forward to the joy and laughter she will bring to our growing family. Your presence as part of our caregiving team will play a crucial role in ensuring that all our daughters receive the love, attention, and support they need to thrive in their unique ways. Their Ideal Nanny: We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our family as a nanny—a person who is not only active and energetic but genuinely loves working with kids and possesses an easy-going nature that makes them easy to get along with. It's important for us to find someone who is not just a caregiver but a supportive presence, especially experienced in assisting a postpartum mom. Is Drug Screening required for this position? Yes

Travel: Traveling will be required for 3 weeks during the summer. The travel time can be divided, with each nanny taking responsibility for 1.5 weeks, providing a balanced and manageable approach. Start Date: February 15, 2024

Expected Job Duration: 8 months. February 2024- October 2024 (Possibility of extending long-term based on performance and connection with family/children.)

Duties:

February Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am- 11:00am & Saturday 7:00am- 7:00pm OR Sunday 7:00am- 7:00pm. (32 hours/week)

March-October Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am- 1:00pm & Saturday 7:00am- 7:00pm OR Sunday 7:00am- 7:00pm. (42 hours/week)

***Please note in your application if you are available for the Saturday or Sunday shift.

Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour DOE
