Message from Mom: My wife and I are parents to adorable twin boys. We are pet parents to a chihuahua and a cat. My wife works in social work as a Clinical Coordinator at an office. I am a Solutions Engineer, working hybrid in office and at home (in a home office).

About the Children:
We have twin boys aged 3.5. The first twin is energetic, loving, and a comedian. He loves to be the center of attention, can be sensitive, and easily makes friends where ever he goes. He is strong willed and loves to be involved in anything that you are doing.

The other twin is obsessed with dinosaurs and space. He is a go with the flow kind of guy, loving, and adaptable. He was a little language delayed so we are currently getting his hearing evaluated since his tests so far have not been conclusive. He can get overwhelmed but is super easy to redirect. He is the shyer one of the two but is finding his inner show off.

Their Ideal Nanny: These boys are super energetic so someone that is active and engaged in a must. I will provide pre-planned activities but I am totally open to collaborating with someone to tailor the activities so everyone has fun. Someone that enjoys kids and watching them learn and grow. We practice respectful and responsive parenting so someone that can get on their level and help them navigate their big feelings with compassion is perfect.

Additional Job Details: There will be a routine for every day that will consist of activities, playing outside, free play, etc. Activities will be designed with play in mind so painting, counting bears, etc.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: Ideally 6 month commitment with opportunity to continue for 1 year total

Is the nanny required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine?  Yes

Duties: 
Do activities outside
Clean with kids

Schedule: Mon to Fri 7am to 11am

Compensation:  $24 to $28 per hour DOE
