Review the nannies' profiles we've hand selected for your family. Choose who you'd like to invite into your home to get to know your family better.
Ensure you've selected the perfect fit by having a nanny come for a practice run. Struggling between multiple nannies? No problem! Give them all a try until you find the perfect fit.
Once you've found the perfect fit for your family, we will assist you in finalizing an offer and presenting it to the nanny.
Once the nanny accepts the offer, we work with you and your new nanny to create a contract that meets both parties' needs.

We screen our nannies thoroughly. Below is an overview of our screening process.
Each nanny is required to fill out a thorough online application.
If the nanny fits the bill on paper, we conduct an extensive phone interview in which we cover a wide range of situational-based questions.
We use the in-person interview as our time to put the nannies in the hot seat and see if they have what it takes to represent us!
We contact a minimum of 6 references for each nanny, including both personal and professional. Only excellent feedback is acceptable!
Each nanny is required to provide work/school history for the last 7+ years, which is verified by our nanny coordinator.
Typing a name into google can be eye-opening. We research each nanny's internet presence, including social media.
Our thorough background checks include county criminal history, national criminal database, national sex offender public registry, and driving records.
We require a minimum of 2 years of professional nanny experience. We also have a minimum age requirement of 21 years old. Most importantly, we require all of our nannies to be superstars!
All of our nannies must provide proof of a current CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
