A Perfect Fit was created from a passion for children. The nanny placement process is a unique service that entails an unwavering commitment to detail. Every family is unique, and we pride ourselves in getting to know each and every family and nanny in order to make A Perfect Fit.
With my 15 years of experience as a nanny, teacher, and a nanny placement coordinator, I have learned that finding a trusted and reliable childcare solution, although imperative, is just the beginning of a parent's journey during their nanny search. Finding a person that completes your family puzzle on every level is sometimes an overlooked component that I find essential, and is my focus when considering the potential between families and nannies.
My passion has always been about people and meaningful relationships. You will see this in my lengthy FaceTime sessions with my nephews and in my lasting friendships, evidenced by the bridesmaid dresses taking over my closet. You will also see this passion at the dance recitals, T-ball games, and gymnastics meets of my former nanny charges, because the important moments of 'my kids' are a priority. I credit my early years babysitting and high school experience in a child-oriented occupational program as the foundation for my child centered life-long journey. I expanded the foundation as a nanny and teacher, before transitioning into nanny placement services and eventually building my own business.
My families can find comfort knowing that I draw on my established relationship with the nanny community to focus on the kind of nannies I am proud to refer. Trust my confidence in my experience and passion for creating lasting connections between families and nannies. I invite you to share with me a passion for finding your 'perfect fit', so that the children benefit, which is the most important piece of the puzzle.
I’m beyond excited to be a part of A Perfect Fit Nanny Agency. I have three siblings and I’m the oldest which has given me a love for children. My siblings and I were all adopted from different biological families so that definitely gives me a different perspective of how children need love and the feeling of being safe with an adult. I volunteered with Big Brother and Big Sister and ended up with a little sister for a year. I loved doing weekend activities with her and just showing her how important she is and how she can be anything in this world. I believe that is what really sparked that feeling, that I wanted to be a mom. I currently have a 2 year old daughter named Zoe and she definitely has my heart! She is a ball of fire and seems to have no fears and loves to be center stage. We love to go on walks, swimming, doing various arts and crafts. The joy she brings to my life is unexplainable.
I want to help make this process as smooth as possible and an enjoyable experience. I want to be here for questions you might have. I understand having someone else watch your child is nerve wracking. I recognize that every nanny and every family has different needs and I’m here to provide that support and help you find that perfect match. I want to help make your life easier and provide a positive experience with the safety of your child held to the highest standards.
I am very happy to be part of the Perfect Fit Nanny family! Just a brief background about me, I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology majoring in Guidance and Counseling with a focus in Education and Special Education. Previously I worked as a volunteer for our local community's Special Education Center where I helped teach children with special needs. I have been exposed to the reality that children have varying needs hence, we, as adults and nannies must try different techniques and strategies when working with and caring for children. Now that I have children of my own, I am able to demonstrate what I have learned in school and from my previous experience so I can be the best mother that I can be. I am excited for this new phase in my life working as a Nanny Coordinator. As a new member of the team, I can already sense how well they treat their employees and everyone that's part of the team. My role as a Nanny Coordinator serves as a perfect avenue for me to showcase my skills in the recruitment field while putting a "motherly touch" with what I do that's necessary for the job. As a parent, I also have my own standards in searching for a nanny which I can apply to my role as a Nanny Coordinator. I certainly want to make sure that I am entrusting my children's welfare to someone reliable, honest, and principled. These are just some of the things that I look for in a Nanny to help our families with their childcare needs. Jennifer and the team have welcomed me as a new member of the family which I am very grateful for.
High-Quality Early Childhood Education has been at the center of my career for the past 25 years. As a Director and ECE Specialist, I hold the responsibility of finding the most qualified staff who value care, love and loyalty in addition to a true passion for children. With two children of my own and through my experience searching for outstanding caregivers, I understand the importance of finding a nanny that meets and exceeds a family's expectations when searching for an addition to their child's day-to-day care.
I believe children's experience with their nanny is an essential attribute to their future success and happiness. My dedication to enhancing this experience can be seen through my involvement in the ECE college training program and the teen parenting program. In my position, I support the education of aspiring ECE teachers who shadow current teachers in the program while taking college courses. I also helped develop the Colorado Public Schools teen parenting program that provided high quality child care to children of teen parents so they can continue their schooling at the same time offered teen parenting classes and events to become outstanding mothers and fathers.
Finding safe, trusted and loving care for children is a responsibly that my family and yours can trust me to accomplish. As a mother, I always want and expect the best and more for all children, I plan to extend the same to your family when looking for their 'perfect fit'.
Being exposed to a variety of developmental studies with children and adolescence came by no accident to me. It was in college when I chose to pursue my Bachelor of Science in Education majoring in teaching the English language. It was during that time that I learned I was meant to nurture youth.I am also the oldest among the two children in the family. I have loved the learning of theoretical studies about how a child develops in several aspects. It was also during that time when I decided to join a Youth organization called Youth for Christ where we lead and help youth identify and live in their faith. At times, we also collaborate with Kids for Christ where we create such programs and activities for relationship and childhood enhancements. However, the vital turning point I had was when I became a mom back in 2013. A lot of things happened in my life before my child came but the moment I brought him into the world was amazing and I felt a rush of emotions I cannot explain. Motherhood brought a new person out of me into the world. I started investing in learning how I can raise a child with a good and brave heart. I always make sure I communicate with him about the great love I have for him or little things or tasks he can do on a daily basis. I am an orphan and I rely solely on a nanny for childcare hence, I know the importance of a family needing one and how both families’ and nannies' needs are met. Having said that, I am so grateful to be a part of A Perfect Fit Nanny family.
